• University graduate in interior design or lighting design or theatrical design or interior design project management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in lighting design with emphasis on the creative design process, specification, budgets controls and project management
• Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures of Lighting Design and project management. Experienced and knowledgeable about light fixtures, lamp types, and control methods
• Be able to develop and review lighting specifications, understand and read construction documents and review shop drawings
• Good command of both written and spoken English or Chinese
• Proficient in MS-Office and contemporary design software (Excel, Photoshop, and CAD)
