• Holder of Master of Science Degree in Nursing or related discipline
• At least five years of post-graduate experience in clinical nursing
• At least three years mentoring or teaching experience in nursing program preferred
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse
• Holder of a Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with a valid practicing certificate
• Holder of a current CPR certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Strong commitment to clinical teaching
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
