Responsibilities:

Manage new build and retrofit energy projects in HK.

Liaise with consultant, architect, contractors and end user.

Delivery projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder in electrical, mechanical, industrial, aeronautical, environmental engineering or building services etc. 

At least 2 years experience in building service contractor or involved in MVAC projects. 

Good business sense.

Mature, independent, pro-active, detail and result-oriented.

Able to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese .

Advanced AutoCAD design skill, understanding of electrical, HVAC systems and principle of energy flow is an advantage.
