Job Descriptions

• New project development oriented
• Provide technical support, suggest materials which suit customers' needs and assist customers in material trial
• Support sales people to win new orders by working closely with sales people in customer visits and answer customers inquiries for the product and quality issue
• Conduct project review with Sales Department and Management regularly
• Optimize flow and structure of Technical Services Department and manage the technical services team effectively
• Provide internal training to staff and external technical training or seminar to customer
• Keep track of the latest technical development of our strategic partners and provide up-to-date reports of industry trends to Sales Department and Marketing Department
  
  
  

Key Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in chemical engineering / materials science / manufacturing engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in plastic injection factory, plastic & raw materials plant or compounding plant
• Familiar with characteristics of engineering plastics and plastics property table, experience in comparing parameters of plastic property table and capable of identifying requirements on plastics of different industries
• Knowledge on the process of injection molding and extrusion, as well as the design of plastic parts and mold
• Out-going and sales-oriented
• Good project development, leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English & Putonghua (both spoken and written)
• Frequent travel or station in PRC is required
