• Responsibilities:

  • Maintain servers, network and telephone system and troubleshooting.
  • Day to day technical support for customers, including PC hardware and software installation, PC setup for users, network support and system administration.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system support and maintenance.
  • Provide hardware and software upgrade, replacement, purchasing etc.
  • Generate reports and keep proper records for IT management. 

  Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years IT technical support experiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Familiar with Microsoft and Linux .
