Job responsibilities

• Assist in general daily accounting operation and support
• Assist in month-end closing
• Perform income processing and related donor services support duties
• Provide support to Fundraising department colleagues regarding donation status and other financial related queries
• Assist in ad hoc accounting duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years accounting experience (Applicants with accountancy degree but less experience are also considered.)
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Cantonese a must, knowledge in Putonghua an advantage
• Ability to work and communicate within a multicultural environment is essential
• Proficient in PC skills (Thunderbird, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing)
• Experience with Excel formula functions such as pivot tables, look up formulas and reference cells is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferable
