The Job

• To be responsible for gathering the project requirements from customer and project team to define work plan
• To monitor purchasing order of equipment to meet customer contract requirements
• To coordinate between project team and customer on project status and progress
• To organize and attend meeting to report progress, prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• To handle project related issues

The Person

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 years’ working experience in customer servicing or event coordination will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business need
• Good command in Chinese and English, Mandarin will be an advantage
