Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Managing multiple fitting out works and maintenance works
• Responsible for project programming, progress monitoring
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Handle project and office administration and coordination, reception, daily typing, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year or above experience in fitting out project
• TCP1 / TCP3 Qualification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MsExcel, MsWord, MsPowerPoint, AutoCAD etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Hard-working, strong sense of responsible and able to work independently
