Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out pre-opening planning, taking over of facilities, ensuring proper procedures in testing and commissioning procedures of real estate facilities, including E&M services, builders work, landscaping, golf and tennis areas, swimming pools and property management of the premises
• Responsible for the preparation of technical specifications and tender documents for maintenance and A&A works
• To assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining and monitoring the in house team and contractor for maintenance and new work of E&M services and builder’s works
• To provide technical advices and resolve problems
• To work with internal users, appointed outsource contractors, tenders and suppliers to ensure the smooth operations
• To perform ad-hoc projects, tasks and regular reports as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 - 6 years relevant experience in property or facilities maintenance and practical experience in leading 10 to 20 subordinates
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications
• Well versed with building-related laws, Codes of Practices and regulations
• Experience in early stage / pre-project planning is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
