Mission:

• Support or Lead customer experience and insights projects helping business divisions and functions across SE in operational planning through a customer centric approach and provide recommendations to businesses to make business decisions supported by customer insights.

Responsibilities:

• Drive or support customer experience and insights projects
•  Understand business objective and formulate an action plan working together with the business to improve customer experience
• Lead strategic marketing and digitization intelligence efforts (Journey based competitor benchmarks and intelligence flash reports at a defined frequency )
• Support in Building strategic marketing presentations (Company Level strategic marketing positioning and storytelling presentations for external communication )
• Analyze and understand customer data and decipher insights

Requirements:

• Graduate degree, MBA preferred
• Fluent in written and oral English; additional languages is a huge advantage
• At least  5  years of experiences
• Excellent Power Point skills
• Research skills -Ability to conduct and drive qualitative primary and secondary research projects and extract key strategic insights
• Analytical skills -Ability to comprehend meaning of information and customer data and translate them to business leverage
• Presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask more than one topic at a time
• Ability to interact and build relationship with business stakeholders
