Job Description

• Provide in-house and on-site field servicesfor system and product installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent support and maintenanceservices to customers.
• To coordinate with customer service for product warranty and after sales technical supports/queries. Provide product & application training, field testing andcompliance support to customers.
• Prepare regular progress & field service reports to senior management.
• Act as liaison between sales team, application and service support,and product management.
• Support adhoc project assigned by the company.
• Occasional traveling to Main LandChina for field service support is expected.
• Coordination work with overseas field service team on the installation and technical support.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Min.2 years relevant experience in field service support in electrical automation market. At least 1 year on-site service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge on sensor and automation is also an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus.
• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure in night shift on ad hoc project.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Putonghua.
• Immediate available is preferred
