What the role encompasses:

• Develop, plan, and execute all branding and marketing initiatives to promote this new brand concept and line
• Work closely with the Assistant General Manager and Chairman and Founder of the Group to generate appropriate marketing campaigns
• Lead the Graphic Designer in the design concept of menu design and promotional materials
• Work closely with the Operations Team in devising strategies to drive sales growth

What we are looking for:

• An eye and understanding of how food and beverage and lifestyle concepts can merge
• Degree in Marketing and Communications
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
• Experience working in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills 
• Experience working in a pre-opening setting preferred
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on attitude
• Alternative Saturday work schedule
• Immediately available preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.
