Responsibilities: 

Being a team member in our Leisure Travel Department, the incumbent will be required to deliver efficient, prompt and professional services to our premier customers on their leisure travel needs.  He/she will handle the daily enquiries and travel arrangements; able to solicit and retain customers with professional travel consultancy service.

Requirements: 

∙ Form 5 or above

∙ Minimum 6-8 years’ experience handling FIT/Leisure Travel Business

∙ Proficiency in Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office 

∙ Strong Product & Fare knowledge

∙ Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

∙ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

∙ Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work under pressure
