Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support, especially in all kinds of restaurant license application and renewal;
• Work closely with internal departments, external professional parties on license issues;
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, ask suppliers for quotation and preparing reports;
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• DSE/Matriculationor above in business or related disciplines;
• 3 years relevant working experience, with 1 year working experience in F&B industry;
• Sound knowledge and well understanding in process of restaurant license application and renewal is highly preferred;
• Diligent, detail-oriented and good problem solving skills;
• Good team player and able to work independently;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Work Processing
