Responsibilities:

• Direct the Catering Sales Department to maximize the catering and events sales for the company by strategically planning, implementing and monitoring all sales activities.
• Formulate sales strategies to maximize the event space, increasing revenues, controlling expenses and exceeding sales goals set by the company.
• Develop exclusive catering venues to exceed sales goals.
• Expand the customer and market segment by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining repeat business with established clients.
• Work closely with all internal and external business partners to develop and finalize an agreed policy and procedures on catering sales service, and ensure the execution is complied with the set policy and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hotel and Catering Management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ experience in same capacity with proven track record in driving sales goals and events in catering establishments.
• Ambitious, with strong drive to achieve targets, revenue and profits.
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
