Responsibilities: 

• To perform daily operation and provide clerical support to the recreation counter
• To handle customers enquiries and complaints

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Leisure Studies / Sports and Recreation Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative 
• Proficient in Computer Operations including MS Word, Excel & Chinese input 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
