Responsibility:

• Serve the customers with a professional and courteous manner
• Take orders from customers and ensure the orders are to be given to the appropriate customers
• Ensure all requests and complaints from guests are handled appropriately

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Food and Beverage operations
• Good communication skill with excellent customer service
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
