Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare high quality of drinks including wine, cocktail and coffee etc.
• Serve the customers with a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar area
• Responsible for the stock management and the supervision of the stock level
• Handling cash & other forms of payment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Bartender

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Beverage operations
• Good knowledge about all beverage items 
• Good communication skill with excellent customer service 
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
