Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and coordinating Sales & Marketing Programs
• Design and produce graphic images for various types of promotional and advertising materials, including both printed matter and online images
• Photograph product shots to integrate into marketing materials
• Update brochure, marketing materials, advertisements and website
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales activities through emails and phone calls
• To perform general marketing administration duties, such as invoice processing, data entry, consumer/ competitor/ market research, preparation of meeting materials, presentations, copywriting support for marketing materials etc.
• To support on any ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives and events 

Requirements

• Diploma Holder (or above) of Art/Design, Marketingor related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in graphic design and/or marketing, preferably gained in catering industry

• Well experience and hand on skills on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design and desktop publishing programs is A MUST; Knowledge of website maintenance & e-commerce is a plus
• Good communications skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and internet applications
• Proficient in Chinese typing
• Positive working attitude, innovative, self-motivated, independent, attention to details, be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred.
