Job Description

您的崗位目的是管理指定值班的員工、產品及儀器，以達至最佳的品質、服務及清潔。

• 從實地訓練、區域管理及舖面管理，學習基本之餐廳營運知識
• 獲取維持顧客滿意度之經驗
• 對基本監督、人際關係、人際溝通及跟進技巧作出了解
• 制定一套個人發展計劃，用以協助個人的事業發展目標
• 確保眾僱員在互相尊重的環境下工作

Your role is to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V) through managing people, product and equipment in assigned shifts. Your key customers include crew people and customers.

• Learning the basics of restaurant operations through on-site training, area management and floor management
• Gaining experience in attaining and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Developing an understanding of basic supervision, human relations, interpersonal communication and follow-up skills
• Establishing an Individual Development Plan to help focus on personal career development objectives
• Ensuring that a respectful workplace exists in the restaurant

• 大學畢業; 或
• 專業教育學院畢業(副學士、高級文憑、文憑及證書畢業生); 或
• 中七程度; 或
• 香港中學文憑(中六)程度; 或
• 中五程度(須有中學會考五科合格包括英文、中文及數學科目)
• 無需工作經驗
• 擁有良好溝通及人際關係技巧
• 願意接受一星期五天輪班工作

• Graduate from university / college; or
• Graduate from Vocational Institute (Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate); or
• F.7 or HKDSE level; or
• F.5 level with 5 subjects pass (including English, Chinese and Mathematics)
• Welcome fresh graduate and junior profile
• Strong self-motivation, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a good team player and is able to work in a dynamic environment
• Willing to work on shift including overnight shift
• 5 days work per week
