Job Description

Major roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and performance management, training and employee relations on corporate level across Hong Kong, China and Vietnam;
  • Revamp service provision of HR Department, give inputs/advices to help internal customers in handling people/ organizational issues;
  • Develop a HR system to ensure HR documentation, i.e., Staff handbook, company policies and procedures and HR practices and processes well formulated, executed and maintained;
  • Conduct and implement recruitment and training plans to align with the need of organizational development. Develop corresponding HR metrics to measure their effectiveness;
  • Design and put forward competitive compensation and rewarding measures aligning with the talent market;
  • Foster company culture through employee relation events and activities and facilitate interaction across all staff levels;
  • Supervise social compliance audit activities and review related document / customers’ request;
  • Oversee the corporate administration services to ensure service quality of the vendors well-furnished to meet daily operations need.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR / related discipline;
  • About 8 years’ relevant working experience in which minimum of 3 years at managerial level in manufacturing sector;
  • Perform generalist role with independent and hands-on approach;
  • Conversant in market practices and HK and China labour law;
  • Knowledge of social compliance practices and audits is preferable;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mind;
  • Mature, positive, well-organized, attentive to details and strong service mentality;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Skillful in computer applications like MS Office, Chinese word processing;
  • Station in Shunde, Guangdong Province for 4 days, plus 1 day working in Hong Kong office per week.
