Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing customer service support and solution on IT related areas via phone, remote access and on-site duties if required

• Provide PC and IT services support for hardware and software installation and configuration

• Manage Windows AD and email accounts

• Provide end-users support and guidance

• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years solid experience in Service Desk Support

• Experience in performing trouble-shooting on Microsoft Windows

• Experience in Windows AD accounts management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills is important

• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Certification in MCP/MCITP or CCNA, ITILv3 will be a plus

• Prefer immediately available

• Working Location: Central
