Job Description
Project Administrator / Project Assistant /Project Coordinator
Job Duties:
- Reviewing contract agreements for the correct signing authority.
- Ensuring all assigned functions are carried out in compliance with approved policies, practices and procedures.
- Administrative and clerical supports for tendering and project works
- Data input, document handling and filing for projects.
- Schedule project meeting and compose meeting minutes.
- Work with the designated Project Director / Project Manager closely and attend meeting when required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience.
- Minimum one year of related Information Technology experience preferred.
- Knowledge of tendering and basic accounting would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer/IT skills required (Excel, Word, Power point and Chinese typing).
- Excellent command of written, spoken of English, Cantonese and mandarin.
