Project Administrator / Project Assistant /Project Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Reviewing contract agreements for the correct signing authority.
• Ensuring all assigned functions are carried out in compliance with approved policies, practices and procedures.
• Administrative and clerical supports for tendering and project works
• Data input, document handling and filing for projects.
• Schedule project meeting and compose meeting minutes.
• Work with the designated Project Director / Project Manager closely and attend meeting when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience.
• Minimum one year of related Information Technology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tendering and basic accounting would be an advantage.
• Excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer/IT skills required (Excel, Word, Power point and Chinese typing).
• Excellent command of written, spoken of English, Cantonese and mandarin.
