Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining, monitoring and optimizing corporate website and mobile app to improve the usability and user friendliness
• Work closely with internal design and IT team to manage web, mobile app or online strategy project lifecycle (design/frontend/backend/UAT/deployment)
• Monitor traffic
• Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reports and provide analysis and insights for optimization
• Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities
• Take care of other assigned marketing tasks as required
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with 2+ years work experience, preferably in marketing/design/new media technology/computer/web programming/website development or related fields
• Knowledge and experience in Website management and Google Analytics
• Experience in multiple OS/browsers/devices, such as IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome on Windows, Android or iOS etc.
• Knowledge and experience in communicating with IT and designers with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of web application programming, responsive web design,  and mobile UI/UX design is a big plus
• Familiar with HTML, SEO and SMO is an advantage
• Passionate about everything in mobile or web technologies
• Proficient in computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong art sense, analytical skills, detail-minded, and eager to learn
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Multi-tasking, hard-working, independent with good initiatives
• Good command of spoken in Mandarin and excellent Chinese writing skill
