Responsibilities:

• Contribute in installation of various hardware products in the end-users’ laptops/ desktops
• Provide supports to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving Computers, Web applications and Network problems
• Handle new joiners or leavers accounts provision
• Performs software installation and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain Company’s IT assets and software licenses
• Other ad hoc IT projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience in Technical Support
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Proficient in hardware support and parts replacement
• Familiar with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Mac environment
• Skilled in Web applications like Gmail
• Knowledge of basic networking
