Job Responsibilities:

• Plans and direct project management in all phases Web applications delivery include but limit to B2B, B2C, EDI, SCM, ERP systems development and integration throughout SDLC;
• Monitor and control multiple application development projects in parallel, to ensure that goals or objective of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters;
• Cooperate with Business units and Global office counterpart to gather business requirement and prepare functional specification;
• Lead the team to provide timely support to business units to ensure effective systems operation daily;
• Work closely with Global Office counterpart to develop the optimal application development framework to support the development team;
• Compile regular project performance reports and prepare ad hoc reports for the senior management and Global Office counterparts;

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline;
• Formal Project Management qualification an advantage (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP);
• At least 8 years hands-on System analysis and requirement management included but not limit to B2B, B2C, EDI, SCM, ERP systems;
• At least 4 years experiences in Web application project management preferably gained from IT industry and in-depth knowledge of SDLC;
• With fruitful application development experience in Web Application development language (Python, .Net, Java, HTML) and Database (Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
• Ability to build trusting relationships with Global office counterparts, Business Units and Application development team;
• Strong project management skills with excellent analytical and problem solving mindset;
• Self-motivated, good team player and with hands on experience in dealing with vendors and application developers;
• Excellent interpersonal skill with verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Require to frequently travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager;
