Responsibilities:

• Primary interface with key internal business clients and external partners.
• Enhance current process and make recommendations to functional stakeholder

• Identifying and evaluating new IT technologies and technology partners
• Participating in the selection on technology partners via the RFI, RFP and RFQ process
• Building business cases with sound ROI justifications that support the piloting of new processes and technologies
• Sign off all business blue prints (specifications)

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Information System with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, of which more than 5 years in large scale cross regions SAP retail (IS-RETAIL) project management on user side.
• Good knowledge on at least 2-3 common SAP modules, ie FICO, MM, SD, BW, WM, BI, …
• Excellent knowledge with hand-on experience on typical retail chain store operations.
• China experience is definite an advantage
• Experience on watches & Jewelry (or luxury product) is definite an advantage.
• Experience on cross-functional teams (interfacing with business users, developers, project managers, QA, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management in risk management, resource management, quality management, performance measurement and testing services
• Certified SAP solution consultant qualification.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM project implementation equivalent experience
• Familiar with business process improvement methodology, BPM, Six Sigma, ITIL, CMM/CMMI
• Good spoken/written of English/Chinese and excellent communicator and stakeholder management is required
• Sound problem solving, presentation and communication skills with all level of staffs
