Job description

• Lead a small team to manage the full operation of the e-commerce shop for fashion brands
• Manage and oversee the merchandising, supply chain, technical support to ensure excellent service is on-time delivered to all customers
• Maintain and improve the website content including product shots, information, stock levels and graphics with strategies and execution plan to make it more user-friendly
• Implementation and execution of CRM system
• Work closely with internal department and outsourced agencies to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and drive sales
• Deliver wide ranges of online corporate communication activities in promotion of potential products to targeted customers
• Evaluate and measure online marketing performance through data analysis, making recommendations to maximize online marketing initiatives and their effectiveness
• Perform ad hoc task as when required

Qualification

• Bachelors degree of relevant disciplines
• 6 years E-commerce and online Marketing experience (experience in fashion industry is a plus)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Dynamic, Driven, Flexible and Creative
