Job Description
The Job :
- Provide helpdesk support to end users
- Troubleshooting on PC, notebook and MS Office
- Co-ordinate with external vendors on IT projects and hardware maintenance
- Setup & support voice & video conference devices
- Maintain inventory records of IT equipments
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in helpdesk support
- Solid experience in Windows OS (Windows XP/7/10) & MS Office
- Knowledge in Active Directory, VPN, VMware
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
