Requirement:

About 2-3 years deskside support experience with good command of both spoken Chinese & English.   

Job Description:

1. Hardware and software troubleshooting and support to internal user.
2. Solve PC operating system, network, email, application software, Internet and LAN connectivity problems.
3. Work directly with equipment manufacturers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
4. On-site support, logging customer requests into the system and resolving or escalate to the appropriate support team.
5. Document all resolution activities in the system.
6. Perform Local Infrastructure Administration.
7. Monitor system and communication performance and utilization.
8. Install and configure operating system and appropriate software applications.
9. Perform end user equipment and connectivity installation, relocations and moves to include voice mail, wiring and communications hardware.
10. Monitor and maintain the SLA of the Pfizer tickets in ServiceCenter.
11. Provide VIP users support in the Hong Kong Regional Office.
12. Provide meeting support for Pfizer events.
13. Assist on Pfizer project of infrastructure, hardware and system enhancement.
14. HP OpenView operation knowledge (ITIL).
15. Pharmaceutical support background.
