Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide first tier support for customer enquiries
- Participate in mobile application enhancement and development, work closely with internal technical team
- Participate in quality and user acceptance testing
- Provide report, documentation for the business solution
- Supervise and recruit part-time support staffs
Requirement:
- High diploma or above qualifications in I.T/marketing or relative fields
- 2 years relevant experience
- Sensitive with marketing trend and user-friendly mobile solution
- Good communication and problem solving skills
