Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide first tier support for customer enquiries
  • Participate in mobile application enhancement and development, work closely with internal technical team  
  • Participate in quality and user acceptance testing
  • Provide report, documentation for the business solution
  • Supervise and recruit part-time support staffs


Requirement:

  • High diploma or above qualifications in I.T/marketing or relative fields
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Sensitive with marketing trend and user-friendly mobile solution
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
