• Business requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Business process re-engineer experience
• IT system experience, knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle 
• Experience in dealing and conducting workshops with both business teams and IT team
• User Interface design or documentation experience 
• 1-3 years' experience in business analyst field
• Basic knowledge in sports betting will be a strong advantage
