Assistant Manager, Technical Support

Job Duties 

• Monitor the network, prepare installation procedure and standard as well as acquisition of computer equipment and software
• Administrate PC servers, routers, switches and firewalls
• Provide support on system configuration and website enhancement

Requirements 

• University graduate in computer science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
• Experience in VBScript is preferable
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be prepare to work under pressure

Technical Support Engineer / System Administrator

Job Duties: 

• To operate and maintain servers and software 
• Review & apply application and system changes 
• Provide IT support for internal users 
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, storage, software & network problems 
• IT asset & server hardware management 
• Monitors application services and reports server related problems 
• Coordinate, manage and liaise with SI vendors

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

• 2-5 years IT experience in network, system administration and system support

• Solid working experience in Linux Systems 

• Experience on VMware , HP/Dell SAN would be an advantage

• Familiar with Linux platform system services: JBoss, Wildfly, Apache

• Familiar with Windows platform system service: AD, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, Anti-virus

• General knowledge in TCP/IP networking and common server monitoring tools

• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
