Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Understand and collect requirements from users
• Develop functional requirements as an input to application design
• Participate in application design, development and implementation
• Design business solution components and prototypes
• Develop application testing plan, and manage test preparation and execution.
• Assist the project manager to monitor project process and resolve issues with business users.
• University graduate in IT or information System
• More than 6 years solid experience in Life Insurance company with hands on skill in application development
  
• Solid business knowledge in Life Insurance business including underwriting, claims, policy owner services, channel management, etc.
• Experience in Digital or Web application development are highly desired
  
• Experience in workflow and imaging system implementation is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Must speak fluent English and Chinese
• Enthusiastic and willing to work extra miles
• Experience in team leading is a plus but not a must
