Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Review and analyze current business processes / operations and identify improvement areas;
• Understand and collect requirements from users
• Develop functional requirements as an input to application design
• Develop functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Develop application testing plan, and manage test preparation and execution.
• Lead end-user training and system deploy activities
• Plan and execute data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Assist project managers to monitor project process and resolve issues with business users.
• University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines
• More than 5 years solid experience in Life Insurance company
• At least 3 years of experiences assuming the role of insurance business process / operations analysis and design covering areas such as underwriting, claims, policy owner services, channel management, etc.
• Experience in regional operating model / process standardization / shared service centre is an advantage
• Experience in workflow and imaging system implementation is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
