We're looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator and experienced with leading mail migration projects to work on a mail integration project. 

Major Duties:

• Mail migration experience
• Planning, Preparation, controls, checks and post-migration validation
• Able to retrieve email data from a production system and coordinate the various teams (Server / Storage in particular)
• Provide support escalations to the global team for the project

Daily Duties:

• Provide appropriate and sufficient level of information back to the local Infrastructure Manager, Regional Head of GMI and other project managers
• Maintain appropriate level of communication on projects and tasks with peers
• Ensure all communication to business line and support function users is clear, concise and provided in a timely manner
• Escalate issues when appropriate to the Regional Heads and local CTO

Skills

• Project management skills and fundamentals are required. 
• Strong communication skills are required
• Strong document writing ability is required
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange server/client and administration with at least 5 years of experience is preferred
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Power Shell and Good is preferred

 The Person:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar technical degree
• Mature and able to work independently, organize and manage own tasks is a requirement
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can work under pressure
