Responsibilities:

• Producing daily reports that keep tracks of order status information and provides managerial insights
• Managing orders by adhering to seller service level agreement
• Providing deep-dive analysis on operational issues and business performance
• Analyzing team processes to identify potential problems and possible areas for optimization
• Engaging in multi-departmental projects that define and develop processes to improve operational efficiency and to automate tasks
• Providing support to other business functions
• Preparing regular or ad hoc meeting materials or presentations
• Ad-hoc tasks from head of department and senior management

Requirements:

• A Bachelor / Master degree (e.g. Business administration, information technology, computer engineering, information systems or other related disciplines) from a reputable u  niversity
• 1-2 years of experience preferably in E-commerce or retail operations / consulting / Analysis (Fresh graduates are also considered depending on actual business needs)
• Strong interest and good understanding of E-commerce
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Visio is a plus)
• Fluent in English (Must). Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a big plus
• Knowledge of database software and programming language (e.g. SQL) is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, hardworking and be able to work under pressure
• Able to learn new business concepts and skills quickly
• Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
• Detail minded and data-driven
• Previous experience in large-scale projects / process improvement / task automation is a plus
• Previous international studying / working experience is a plus
• Immediate availability will be of prime consideration
