Responsibilities:

• Assist overnight helpdesk supervisor with daily operations, escalation and problem solving, supervising operating teams, call flow preparation and updating, preparing reports, etc.

• Provide coaching and training to improve helpdesks’ performance

• Assist trouble-shooting and escalation function for incoming call and email

• Ensure that the call center KPIs and SLA are met

• Involve mobile standby support

• Flexible working hours

Requirements:

• 1 years relevant experience in IT field or customer service field

• Certificate level or above ( IT studied is preferable)

• Strong leadership and responsibility

• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills

• Willing to support during non-office hour

• Require standby
