• Over 10 years’ experience of software development major in gaming industry, knowledge on the industry standards, marketing and common technologies.
• 5 years provable experience in managing a R&D team with more than 30 team members.
• Good background on CPP, Linux & Windows, c#, RS232, socket and MSSQL/MYSQL database.
• Knowledgeable about SAS, G2S, GLI standard and/or main regulator’s standards with good problem solving skill.
• Able to drive the team and leading software process as per the business growth.
• Good understanding on the OOP, XP and utilities usage.
• Oversee the modularization, reusing and outsource, bugs and version control.
• Report to Chief Software Officer and in charge of R&D team.
