工作職責 (Job Description)：

1. Responsible to manage a business unit’s IT daily operations
2. Responsible for the management of infrastructure and system solution with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional IS teams
3. Responsible for the management of outsourced vendors for operation or IT projects to achieve the business target
4. Work with regional and Global IS team to manage the infrastructure and systems for our business unit following standards and requirements
5. Contribute to build and communicate the vision of the IT Hub infrastructure and infrastructure services
6. Participate in or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support and maintenance. These activities cover a variety of hardware, software, network and service products in an information technology infrastructure environment
7. Analyze and troubleshoot problems
8. Assist IS application owner and provide support on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications
9. Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs

1. Strong vendor management and project management skill
2. Good knowledge of respective IT technology and services
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
4. Pleasant personality with good communication skill and interpersonal skill
5. Highly adaptable, self- motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Capability to develop cross-functional effectiveness
7. Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage

Qualifications Framework Level 5 (Degree holder) or above

良好英語，中文及國語

電腦要求 Computer Requirement

Cisco CCN、Microsoft MCSA 証照、MS Office及中文打字
Cisco CCN、Microsoft MCSA license、MS Office and Chinese Typing
