Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical support on system and network configuration, administration
• Provide end user support on hardware & software setup, configuration and maintenance
• Responsible for IT equipment maintenance and problem solving, including servers, printers, network devices, CCTV, POS and etc..
• Maintain IT security network including Firewall, VPN, Anti-Virus and etc..
• Provide support to web designer for the web maintenance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline
• Experience in MS Windows 2012 Server / XP / Vista / 7 and MS Office
• Knowledge in setting up firewall, routers, LAN switches, NAS and Window Server
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
