Accountabilities: To provide application implementation and support for Cold Drink Management & Plant Maintenance in SAP and other related applications & functions. 

• Provide project implementation service and enhancement functions in his/her responsible area, including user requirement collections, prepare functional specifications, testing and go live support
• Support by project manager / team lead to coordinate and perform analysis for system change impact, work with developers to define the system setup and developments required and perform system trouble shot for root cause analysis
• Perform end user support and resolve issues based on defined SLA
• Support by project manager / team lead to coordinate with IT and business users for realization of system change and align deployment schedule
• Prepare training documentations and conduct application training
• To provide training and support for junior team members

 Requirements:

• University graduate in computer science and/or other relevant studies
• Certified SAP consultant (optional)
• Knowledge and experience of SAP Plant Maintenance/Customer service modules
• Minimum 6 years relevant implementation experience
• English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) language proficiency
• Open to regular business travel in Greater China areas for project implementation/support
• Good Problem solving skills, Business acumen and Perseverance
