Accountabilities: To coordinate and consolidate Mobility business requirements, Collaborate with outsource vendors, China central development team and HK local IT teams to implement an integrated enterprise mobile solutions supporting HK plant’s growing mobility needs.

• Coordination of FSV (full service vending) initiatives of Hong Kong, Taiwan and China and communicate the requirements with the central team
• Communicate with the business users to gather and analyze user requirements and turn them into user stories and blue print document
• Liaise with different project teams in the regions to deliver mobile solutions including Sales force management and delivery, etc.
• Design and develop business applications and integration services with backend end systems including mobile, Front office, SAP and legacy systems
• Enforce standard project development process, Provide project management and system documentation support to the project teams.
• Liaise and manage outsource vendors to ensure the deliveries of project and development quality (on time, within budget)
• Support UAT , user training and application implementation
• Provide on-going system maintenance and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science/computer engineering or related disciplines
• ASP.NET , Java, Java script, iOS/Andriod, Web Services, In-depth knowledge and technical skill in .Net or Java development.  Solid experience in design and develop Enterprise application – Business Requirement Analysis, System Design and Development .
• Practical skill and experience in developing enterprise and mobile applications on iOS/Android platform is preferable. 
• . In-depth knowledge and technical skill in .Net or Java development. 
• Min 7 years of IT related working experience, min. 5 years in system design and development.  Min. 2 years in leading project, application design, mobile solution implementation and development management.
• Team leader with good analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities.  Good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• English, Chinese (written and spoken), Mandarin (spoken)
• Open to frequent business travel in Greater China areas for project implementation/support
