Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities & implement business strategies to achieve revenue target

• Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales

• Plan, direct, and monitor the sales activities & campaigns to achieve established sales and market share targets

• Lead and drive customer to buy products, regularly review products portfolio and products

• Establish specific annual and monthly objectives, plans, programs, budgets for key customers and channels

• Develop solid, long-term professional relationships with customers, prospects and key partners within a short time

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent, minimum 6 years sales experience in SMB, enterprise and/or key accounts management

• Solid experiences in working with SI, IT vendors or IT distributors a definite advantage

• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent business planning, presentation and negotiation skill

• Experience in “Board Room” level selling, yet also good in building and executing business initiatives with middle to professional levels of staff

• Result driven, self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills
