Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) per schedule with close monitoring on implementation progress
• Provide project administrative support, including user requirement consolidation, UAT planning & execution, communication planning, system training and procedural manuals documentation
• Review operational workflow process with recommendation and solution to users
• Ad hoc initiatives as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• University graduate or tertiary qualification on information systems, operations or business analysis preferred
• At least 2 years experience on system testing and test plan / scenario development in insurance industry
• Good knowledge of life insurance and/or unit trust products is an advantage
• Well versed in Life400, imaging & workflow system, online business transformation and proficiency in MS excel & Access
• Experience in development of test scenarios and test plans with knowledge of project mechanics & process design techniques
• Able to manage workload on multiple projects with good communication, business analysis and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
