Responsibilities:

• Provide first level application support to users in Front, Middle and Back office systems.
• Perform health check on trading & settlement systems.
• Perform market rehearsals for system compatibility testing or enhancement.
• Coordinate with users & vendors from requirement analysis to delivery.
• Involve ad-hoc project such as system migration and integration.
• Technical and support documents writing

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or other related equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good understanding on System Development Life Cycle
• Familiar with MSSQL and MySQL.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Certificates holder of VMware is a plus
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
