The Job:

• Prepare test cases and test scenarios based on the business requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) according to the pre-defined test cases and document test results
• Report UAT problems in a timely manner and coordinate with Technology Lead of the team and IT to ensure the reported problems are well resolved
• Perform regression testing before system implementation
• Prepare the training materials and conduct user training
• Provide other administrative support as required

The Person:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with a minimum of 1 – 3 years working experience in UAT execution
• Good computer knowledge and analytical skills
• Strong attention to details and good time management skills
• Experience with formal software development life cycle
• Experience with defect tracking system and test case management tool
• Experience with web-based test automation experience, e.g. Selenium+Java, HP UFT, is a definite plus
• Preferably with past working experience in the insurance or banking industry
