Senior Business Development manager in charge of all sales and marketing activities,
Solid experience in the toy industry, specially in USA and Europe
Seeks out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company strategic goals.
Reports to the President directly.
Prepares Company participation in Trade Shows
Maintains business relations with all customers of the Company.
Must have an extensive network of distributors and retailers within the Toy Industry.
Need to work closely with factory, customers and our China-based Merchandising team, travel to Europe, USA and Asia is required sometimes.
