Our client is a leading player in the FMCG segment in Hong Kong.  The company is searching for the Marketing and Brand Director to lead the overall management of the brand, including marketing, retail operation and merchandising. 

The Marketing and Brand Director will report to the President and will be fully responsible for strategic development of the company as a brand but also take responsibility of the full marketing activation.  The role will have strong focus on new business development and brand strategy.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
• At least 12 years of brand management experience, preferable in FMCG
• Relevant experience in retail operations and marketing is a must
• Some experience in customer service and training preferable
• A leader with strong teamwork skills able to motivate and mentor
• Manage digital marketing including social media, like Facebook, Google, Wechat, as well as, e-Commerce for consumer engagement
