Requirements:

-  Responsible for formulating marketing and sales strategies, implementing action plans to achieve our business objectives, and productions follow up.

-  Degree / Diploma in Textiles and Clothing, Design or related disciplines

-  Good knowledge and experience in garment production and marketing at supervisory level

-  5-10 years solid experience in handling woven or knit item in ladies high fashion mainly in US markets

-  Sound managerial abilities to manage a marketing team in China

-  Presentable, pro-active, energetic, global vision, judgmental marketing insight, aggressive with good communication skills

-  Good command of Chinese, English and Putonghua

-  Willing to frequent travel to China and overseas occasionally

-  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing and Merchandising Manager
